By initializing the BB Fleet Tracker operational portal or installing FMC920 hardware nodes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Binary Budds and the contracting Educational Institution or Transport Provider.
All telemetry hardware (FMC920) must be installed by certified technicians to ensure data integrity. Binary Budds is not liable for data gaps caused by improper installation, shielding of GPS antennas, or unauthorized tampering with the hardware nodes.
We strive for 99.9% uptime for our cloud-based tracking portal. Scheduled maintenance is typically performed during non-operational hours (weekends and late-night windows) to minimize disruption to school transport schedules.
The platform must be used solely for the safety and optimization of pupil logistics. Any attempt to use the telemetry data for unauthorized surveillance or discriminatory routing practices is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service.
