All geolocation data processed by BB Fleet Tracker is owned by the respective school district or transport provider. Binary Budds acts solely as a data processor. Data is purged after 12 months of inactivity unless otherwise requested.
The FMC920 hardware collects coordinates, ignition status, and safety events (harsh braking). This information is transmitted via encrypted GSM channels to our private cloud node.
Parental accounts are granted 'View Only' privileges restricted to the specific route their child is assigned to. Live tracking is disabled outside of active transit hours.
